Who is behind Linda Design ?
Hi, I’m Linda, the founder and artist behind Linda Design.
My journey into art has been anything but traditional. Born in Ivory Coast, raised in France, and now calling Amsterdam home for the past three years, my life has been a mosaic of experiences, and self-discovery.
Surprisingly, just a few years ago, I believed I wasn’t a creative person at all.
It wasn’t until about a year ago that I picked up a paintbrush for the first time, completely on my own. Through painting, I discovered a new way of expressing myself. A way that feels deeply personal and freeing. Painting began as a personal journey, to express emotions I couldn’t put into words and to explore parts of myself I didn’t know existed.
There’s a quiet magic in creating freely and honestly, in letting go of expectations and simply allowing something beautiful and unique to take form.
It was (still is) a journey not just of learning art but of confronting self-doubts and overcoming imposter syndrome.
Today, I’m proud to share my artwork with you, something I never thought I’d be able to do.
Linda Design is a reflection of my journey, a celebration of growth, resilience, and connection. Just like most of us, I’m on this lifelong journey of self-discovery.
I’m navigating the ups and downs of finding my place and purpose, and I want my art to serve as a reminder that we’re all in this together.
Through my creations, my hope is to bring a little piece of joy and warmth into your space. Each abstract and contemporary piece I create is inspired by life’s simple moments : sunlight filtering through a window, the rhythm of ocean waves, and by the emotions that come with embracing who we are.
My creations are more than home decor; they are an expression of individuality, crafted to be as unique as the person who will one day call it their own. No two pieces are ever the same, just as no two journeys are alike.
Linda Design is not just about art, it is about celebrating the power of growth, creativity, and the beauty of being unapologetically ourselves.
That’s the true Art of being Unique.
